Most grow organic cilantro for its leaves, it's called cilantro.

It is also grown for its dried seeds. The seeds are called coriander.

Growing cilantro as an herb dates back to 3000 B.C.;  cilantro shows up in Sanskrit writings in 1500 B.C.  Coriander seeds were discovered in several tombs of Egyptian Pharaohs as well as in Grecian ruins dating back to the Bronze Age.

This is another great spice to have in your spice cabinet.
